1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 20 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be in its original condition.

• Not have been washed, cleaned, altered, or damaged.

• Not show signs of use, stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other wear.

• Include its original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials, where applicable.

• Be adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

• Include your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.

Important: A return request must be submitted within the 20-day return period. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Returned items may be inspected before a refund is approved.
